To enhance transparency and increase accountability of Environmental Impact Assessment practitioners, the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) through the Environmental Impact Assessment and Management (EIAM) Division has established a registry system for EIA reviewers and preparers.  

Registration Procedures

1. Secure and accomplish appropriate Registration Forms

2. Accomplished registration forms together with other documentary requirements shall be submitted to the Environmental Impact Assessment and Management Division (EIAMD) Office where the applicant desires to practice. For practitioners who plans to get involved in the preparation or review of EIAs for ECPs, submissions may also be done electronically through E-mail at eia@emb.gov.ph.
